Ok. Is there much difference between the US ones to the geniune vf series 2 brembo brakes?

You can add braided brake lines to the list if you want a really firm pedal feel.

I'd suggest just getting the calipers from Amazon. Everything else has a lical.made equivalent that saves on shipping and is really quite world class. QFM pads are made in Queensland and are fantastic.
The DBA (Disc Brakes Australia) rotors are second to none and works of art in their own right.
I've got the GM and AC Delco parts codes for the calipers for you to search on in a previous post when I sourced them for my VE a couple of years ago.

I think the calipers are identical?
Get washers for the hoses from Holden. They are one use only. Use a high performance fluid too.
I would definately add braided lines while you're at it. Like SnowDog said, it gives a solid pedal feel and completes the package nicely.
Rear brake backing plates either have to be replaced with HSV / VF2 ones, or cut with a grinder to allow the calipers to fit.
I have a set of HSV ones. I also have a new set of RDA slotted and dimpled rear rotors if you're interested. Rotors and backing plates $175 + postage. They're not as good as DBA's. But still very good.

You need a Reship address in the US.

Australia post has a reposting facility tgat runs.through Washington State... you get a mailing address to the warehouse and it redirects through to you. Took me a week to get my brembos (bought all 4 corners from a camaro that had minimal kilometres)

I was thinking of getting the DBA T2 slotted rotors all round to go with the Brembos. Has anyone had any experience with these?
