hi i have holes in my resinator {big ones}. the most common comment is holy sh*t i can see straight through i am waiting on an 2 1/2 inch catback exhaust im gettin for free but i've just about had it with the crappy note of my exhaust so i want to get the resinator chopped off at a muffler place and get some extra pipe welded on and a tip i've got layin around. just wonderin if neone has done this and if so how much did it cost and does it sound better. i dont really care if it doesnt sound beefy i just want that crappy note gone. i'm a bit strapped for cash and with the new exhaust not coming anytime soon......this is the best option i can think of. oh and how much for them to replace the gaskets aroung the headers too? thx ppl :wax:
i would but im completely strapped for cash atm and as i said i'm waiting on a 2 1/2 inch sports exhaust that im gettin for nothin. i just went to the local wreckers and pikcked up a new resinator and piping for 20 bux and gonna replace mine tommorow. that'll do for now:yeah:
