push it manually as you get someone to hold the button.
it will at least go up until you get time to look at it - but usually a bit of graphite in the tracks and a few up and downs will free it up.

There is an adjustable stop on the vertical part on the window frame it's about 2" down from the top on the B pillar side
it's a 3 mm hex bolt, just loosen it don't take it all the way out
