The top rubber seal of my rear window is oosing rubber adhesive from underneath it due to the heat of the hot weather. Has anyone had this problem :ranting:

If so, did you get fixed under warranty ?

That is very odd I have never heard of that, the only thing is has the window been replaced, because the adhesive they use dries instantly. And yes if your under warranty you will get it fixed.
Are you sure it is not rubber surround the glass?

I have had windows refitted to my VS and the bonding adhesive is touch dry.

Only got it in one top corner.......cleaned it up and it didnt happen again up to when i traded it.

I had a look at my brother in law's VZ Lumina and it too has the leaky adhesive at the left and right corners of top window seal, like mine.

Looks like a Holden design flaw, unless tree sap strikes at the same place on two seperate cars, I doubt it:whistling

Yes that sounds very sloppy workmanship, but as you say just cut it off with a knife. I have watched them put windows on they put the glue on first then press the glass onto it.
