Larger throttle bodies can create a little bit of initial throttle response, but no power is gained. Stock throttle bodies flow more than the motor needs at WOT. ESPECIALLY on a mostly stock or mild motor.

Some people swear there is a gain but I have a 70 mm on mine and back to back at the drags didn't gain with it. Once over a certain amount of power I'm sure there would be small gains but I'm not there yet

You'd be better off spending your money on a manometer, and using it to find out where the greatest pressure drop in your intake is, and working on improving it.
