i wont damage it, believe me. guess what.....went to VPW and TRIED to source flexplate bolts....none at all...this halts my putting the engine in :( cant do it now.....so the standard ones are no good to use?

Go somewhere else, there's heaps of speed shops around...

Have seen a couple of manual Ecotec's making decent horsepower and higher than standard revs rattle/stretch the factory bolts. I used ARP studs from the catalogue for my engine, i was too lazy to drill them out to M10. Haven't come loose yet though.

the engine is all done, just waiting on these dam bolts and pulleys to come in

your oil drainbacks are on wrong they have to come out the bottom of the chra into the sump not the top ide probably try to get the fuel crossover pipe level and straight not curved up like it is giving a place for air to be trapped in the fuel system

A thicker plenum spacer would suit the F/I setup better as well (I'm sure you already know this) is there a reason you went for a thinner plenum spacer and a thicker manifold one?

BTW it's looking nice mate, can't wait to see it completed and can't wait to see the results and the videos that follow :D

centre of the turbo LOL bottom most fitting is oil drain back top is pressure inwards
