Try removing a trans oil cooler pipe or hose while the engine is running - that will tell you if the oil pump in the trans is working - if no oil comes out there may be a problem with the filter or pickup or maybe the wrong filter.
I'm just guessing but I think even with the wiring stuffed up the car should at least move in "limp home mode".
    Hope its something simple.

    no do not overfill it.

Jump under there, on the drivers side of the trans, right up the top those two pipes go into the transmission, you didn't forget to connect them did you, as well as that you didn't plug the unions on the trans that the coolant pipes go onto to stop contamination?

If the trans was completely empty of oil including the torque converter then it will need 7.9 litres of oil to fill - if you only added about 4 litres then maybe the torque converter was empty although you'd imagine that now the dipstick would read empty (once it pumped the 4 litres thru).
The manual says that if the transmission has been overhauled or if an exchange unit is being installed, pour approx 7.8 litres of the specified transmission oil into the transmission. With the engine cold and idling in parrk, the level should be 16mm below the full hot mark on the dipstick.
So, maybe low oil level is the problem.
Edit - is there any chance you forgot to instal the bolts on the driveplate to torque converter?

well that makes sense, the auto was fully emptied and about 3-4 litres chucked in, if that. used a lot of half filled bottles of dextron 3 convertor bolts are in. car is on a slope with the boot facing down.
all lines were changed , no crud filling the hoses. so its point to not enough fluid or tranny pump ****ting itself
