Hey everyone,
MY gearbox is on it's way out, i went to have it looked at, and apparently VT S1 gearboxs arn't very strong or anything and they were surprized that it had lasted as long as it has (220,000km). So now i have a problem, they say they can reco it for around the $1800 mark, or i was thinking about buying a new one? what would be the costs involved?
Would i be better of bying a new one or getting my one reco-ed, an dwhat would the cost be?
Anyone else have this happened to? and what was the outcome?
