    Hey guys,

    I've been thinking of getting the exhaust done on my WH Statesman 3.8L Ecotec V6 with the following;

    - Pacemaker extractors.
    - Twin 2.5" exhaust.
    - 2x Redback mufflers. (1 on each side).
    - High flow cats (if there is any point).
    - Exhaust tips.

    Does anyone think that that setup would be any good, or can you suggest something better (videos would be good). Also I have around $1500 maybe a little more to put towards the exhaust system.

    Thanks in advance.

    Why is that? Will it lose power?

    Twin cats in 2.25 then into a single 2.5, one middle muffler and a hotdog muffler in the tailpipe

    Extractors, cats and then a single would be the best. Twin 2 1/2" is way too big for a V6 unless it's supercharged.

    I can do extractors, two high flow steel cats and a HM twin into single system all for $1650 shipped to your door.

    If it already has twin cats it would be fairly easy to fit, the cats would need to be welded in, but if yours is only single cat, then two pipes off the cats back to the system would need to be fabicated.

    Thanks for you help guys. I called up the exhaust shop that done my VS, and they told me not to put extractors or high flow cats on it. They can do a single 2.5" cat back exhaust for $280 plus whatever chrome exhaust tip I want. I am going to call them back tomorrow and get more detail, I was in a hurry today because we a flat out at work.
