I have had the car for a little while now, but I haven't taken any pictures until today. I gave it a quick wash and polished the engine bay and it looks pretty nice. I'm not gonna do massive upgrades or anything, but here is a list of plans.

Install Dash Cam Done
Upgrade to SSV tail lights (the standard sv6 taillights looked **** on a red car.) Done
Upgrade the headlight globes (stock high-beams are awful for night driving.)
Maybe new wheels (low priority because the sv6 wheels are decent)
Upgrade to a better sounding exhaust (I don't want it to seem like I'm pretending to own a v8, but a nicer sound would be great.)

U could always do an Otr intake, catback exhaust system and dyno tune will give you a nice increase in sound so long as you get the right exhaust also u will get a good increase in performance as well as better fuel economy

More commonly done on the v8 models (I have one myself) but same applies to the v6 as well
