If your old exhaust was in good condition only difference a bew catback makes is sound.

Memcal tune,extractors,diff gears/shift kit & airbox mods will make a difference for budget performance but don't expect a big gain however those same mods can help fuel economy driven sensibly.

silly question- (and sorry to piggy-back here), what power and efficency difference does a cat-back exhaust make?
I'm looking to upgrade to a VXII that has one. does it make a difference? I'm not really interested in the sound it makes.
