Sooooo i bought a xforce twin 2.5" exhaust with rear hotdogs.. as shown in picture is what i have got. its just to loud i watched a few videos it didnt sound that loud. got it installed and its bloody to loud for me.. should have gotten the muffler option. is there anyway that i could somehow reduce noise or even install a muffler on this system?

i wanted it loud but not this loud.. mistakes were made. Capture.PNG

if you have any informatiopn on how much it would cost to put on muffler or maybe to swap the system. if anyone wanted a hotdog exhuast that is.

Contact the exhaust shop that fitted the system for you as soon as they open in the morning and tell them to retrieve your original exhaust system from their skip bin. Then book your car in for them to remove the hot dog system and fit your OEM exhaust system back on your car.

The only good thing about hotdogs is that they were very strong. As far as noise control, bloody useless. Might as well just have straight through pipes.

Any exhaust shop should be able to weld a decent sized muffler on that rear section mate, you don't have to scrap the whole system.

Rear part of x-force unbolts so you can take it off easily enough...order xfore rear muffler, bolt it on.

Only hotdog I like is with cheese, onion and mustard with a line of tomato sauce,
I would get rid of it and just get a sports resonator but they do drone.
