Had a quick look inside the hinged compartment above the pedals / below the steering column and there are four relays there. Thinking about replacing the ignition relay re tracking down an intermittent problem. The thing is, these relays all look like they have a right-angle base or maybe a right-angle adapter. Haven't pulled one out yet, gotta go to work. What's the story here? Are they just normal "straight" relays like the ones under the bonnet, or different (read expensive) ones?
To confirm, the relays are normal, same as what's under the bonnet. The relay mounts are on the right angle to allow for easy removal if they are faulty.
