Removal of drink cup holder in console of Commodore SS VE 2009

Is there a video or advice on how to remove the dual drink cup holder in the centre console of an SS Commodore VE? I've unscrewed everything but it remains secure and can not be pulled out.

It clips in as well as the screws so you need to give it a good pull
