Remove Gear Shifter Bag

    Anyone know if it is possible to re-insert the bag which covers the auto shifter without removing the entire centre console... mine is pulling up at the edges and i want to stuff it back down.

    yes it is possible. just pull the shift surround out and then you will need to pull the plate that holds the boot in place, put the boot into the right spot the put it all back together. i did the one in my crewy sometime last year.

    how do you get the shift surround out? (i have auto BTW)

    Yeah i know but then i would have to remove the entire centre console??

    shouldn't take that long. If you want it done right, you will have to spend that extra time.
