remove rear carpet VZ ute

Anyone know how to get these stupid little plastic screws out?
I can only get them loose, but not all the way out, is there a trick to it? I don't want to break them.

Just use a trim removal
tool . Insert under edge and lever out. Shouldnt cause any damage to clip. They are called xmas tree clips.
Also can try combination of levering and unscrewing.

thanks man will have to get one of those tools, or see if I can work up something like it to get this job done.
