Remove side mirrors

    How do I completely remove the side mirrors on my VT. I am going to color code them, what would the best way to get a close color match? touch-up paint? and would I use primer on these?

    Panel beaters do them heaps cheap. got a quote for the mirrors and skirting all the way around is like $150. ring around plus the final look will be much better imo.
