you can get a belt for the few vn's that didn't have air con..

nah they just use a shorter belt, no pully.
it goes round the alternator and back to the water pump,
the belt with aircon goes from the alternator to the aircon then water pump.
i was using a vn v6 belt with no aircon till i bolted my sc14 blower on.

the only reason i knew it was cos my uncle did a bearing or something on his AC and had to get a shorter belt so he could drive it..

yeah shorter belt for vn's with no aircon, already found out about that, around $30 i think

i will remove the condensor :) cheers intercooler will be happening :)

ive got some good exhust piping in me back yard that im gonna cut up/get bent this week for the manifold, then get it all welded...

Go and by some 2 inch poly pipe tomorrow and then you can take your manifolds off and bend the poly pipe with a heat gun all around all the stuff you have to miss and make fake manifolds :) THEN take a picture of it, THEN chop it up into suitable bits that you can make with steel bends. Then make it :)

You might have to throw your poly pipe sections in the freezer so they dont go loose shape :p, or fill them with concrete, or something : )
