Removing black dots?

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is a way to remove those annoying black bumps on the window edges of my VS ute? Also, the LARGE mass of them on the top of my rear window?

I want to get my windows fully tinted yet this crap makes it hard.

is the rear window on the ute completely flat? get a straight safty glass panel made up maybe?
