Removing 'bubble' emblems

I need to swap an emblem on my clubsport, the 3D bubble flexible chrome type. Is there a trick beyond simply picking under one corner carefully with a blade and peeling off? Perhaps a heat gun can help soften the adhesive on the paint, but not so much that it damages the emblem..even though they have no use once lifted to replace.

make up a garrot with nylon fishing line and then saw behind emblem
similar to rope saw

when exact one are you referring to?

if you mean side skirts, those things are disposable.

Boil the jug and pour over it I've been doing it that way for years, works great on body mould strips too.

Yes, as per side skirts and every other emblem on the car. Not so much worried about the used emblems, didn't want to mark the paint taking them off. They are disposable now, for years you couldn't get replacements, some still don't.

Still have to pick away at one corner of the emblem and individual letters in order to use fishing line or heat gun methods.
