Hi. Don't quote me as I havent tried it yet but someone told me to try a hairdryer or heat gun. Its supposed to soften the glue and makes it easier to get off. I'd be careful tho cause obviously, to much heat equals burnt paint. Even tho the strips dont look the best I reckon burnt paint would look worse. Maybe someone else here knows a bit more about this and can advise u on the pros and cons. Good Luck.

Keep them on, unless you want to pull your hair out.

Try a caramel wheel. Works ok on later model commodores as you have 2pac paint, the warmer the paint the harder it gets, unlike on VN/VP with acrylic where a caramel wheel is likely to take the paint off before anything else...

If its only small sections you will get it off... if you have ALOT of sikaflex like in the following photo's (feel my pain :p), dont expect to get out of it without having the doors repainted:

Yeah I took the 2 small ones off first, didnt get far. So now I have decided just to keep them on, and probably will get the strips sprayd!

y not go 2 a panel beaters ask 4 the alcohol based stuff they use 2 debage cars im pretty sure it would work exactly the same way and desolve the adhesive on the back of the strips and will leave ur paint alone it also would get ne adhesive left behind after the strips r off
