Removing front speakers in VS

My left front speaker in my VS rattles and it pisses me off, Its just the standard speakers.
How do I remove the plastic 'cage' thing
There are 5 little gaps between the cage and the door, which fits a screw driver which I thought would help pry the cage off, but I dont want to force it too hard and break it

Refasten the speaker with screws or otherwise upgrade the speakers to fix the problem
