    I have a 2004 VY V6, is it fitted with the bellmouth ?

    No its not. Only series 2 VN's to Series 2 VR's were fitted with a bellmouth.

    changed the direction of air flow in the plenum chamber to distribute the intake air evenly across the cylinders ports, made it idle a bit better but added a restriction
