removing tweeters form vz sedan

hey guys
i jsut brought some splits for my car,
i went to remove the stock tweeters i have already removed all thh trims and i can see the screw holding the bracket on but cant remove that screw any advice

whats wrong with the screw, is the head stripped?

My drivers side did that, I just got a hacksaw blade and cut the plastic trim out around, then drilled out the screw. reglued the plastic trim and installed the new tweeter.
