Hey all. Just wondering if it difficult to remove the fuel tank in a vs stato?. Fuel pump has **** itself and I wanna replace it and clean the tank out at the same time. Any tips?
Get tank as empty as possible. While you have the tank out you may aswell replace all the Breather lines as some mybe brittle and brake just to be on the safe side be a shame if you have to do them a few months down the track. If you can`t get all the parts from holden go to Ezed if you have them down there. In the inner guard there is a metal cover which is screwed on... Once that that is removed you should see how to remove it.....
Tank is out. Now how do I clean it out?... Do I spay some degreaser in it and hose it out or is there some other way?. Thanks for the advice
