Hi TJA!
In each corner of the stereo you will notice 4 holes.
Obtain a wire coat hanger & cut 2 pieces about 20cm each.
(slightly smaller will suffice)
Bend each piece into a U shape & push in to holes.
(1 part of the U shape in the top, & 1 part in the bottom! Like handles)
You may encounter some resistance, this is ok, it's just the clips being pushed back to release the stereo from the dash.
You should then be able to use your home made 'handles' to pull the stereo out!

hello,do any notches or bends need to be made to "attach" to the HU? i have soem wires made up and yet i cant get it out. if clips were broken would the wires not work? tempted to bash it out with a hammer atm
