Well yesterday when we went into Repco, a mate(an employee) was chucking heaps of sockets in a basket, he told us bout a clearance sale and there's heaps of cheap stuff...he said the sockets were all 50c each (just a heap of selected ones) and that a shop had already bought them all (the auto electrician in the same block of shops). So we looked through the printouts off all the gear and we've spent a total of $37.45 so far. Wat did we get?.....here's a pic... 3x 15amp circuit breaker 1x Screwdriver bit kit (7pce) 23x Valve grinder cup 3/4" 2x Rocker switch 9x Push button switch with LED 1x Windscreen washer replacement motor 1x Packet of 20 self tapping screws 1x Packet of 12 self tapping screws 1x Packet of 6 self tapping screws 1x Narva switch panel 1x Wire brush 3x 2" paint brush 1x Adjustable battery clamp 1x Packet of 50 1amp glass fuses 1x Packet of 50 8amp ceramic fuses 10x Key chain tyre gauge 2x Oil pressure switch 1x 12v soldering iron 3x 15amp circuit breaker 2x Packet of 40 cable ties 1x Packet of 100 cable ties 2x 2 pack of degreaser cans 1x 1/3 sheet sander 1x Nitto PVC tape yellow 1x Nitto PVC tape white 17x Nitto PVC tape blue Some of the gear was only like 5c, eg the packet of 100 cable ties, the packets of 40 cable ties were 30c each. The Nitto tape was 50c a roll, the sander was $4 (was originally bout $55), the degreaser was $2 for a pack of 2 cans....but yeah the majority of the gear was under $1!! Dunno if other Repco stores are having the same clearance sale, but yous should check it out.
Yeah that's wat a few people say here as well....even a few employee's joke about it....altho they said c**t not customer. The brands weren't all cheapies, one off the top of my head is Hella, which all the switches are. The most cheap sh*t thing was the 2 packets of 40 cable ties....but 30c each packet ya can't complain. :w00t:
