replace accelerator cable

    can anyone tell me how to basically take out the accelerator cable from the firewall and whatever it is connected to on the other side? mine has the casing broken and frayed and its lost accelleration and im not happy with it. thx for the help

    Pretty simple stuff, you have to slide upside down in the seat with your head near the pedals, (remove the cover over the pedals first) to see the throttle end, it's simple as, just NEVER oil a commo cable they are nylon inside nylon and will drag if oiled with anything.

    I did it and I have had a broken back so it's not that hard.
