The VT shifter has a pin running through it under the shifter trim.
Unfortunatly you will have to remove the console to push that pin out in order to remove the button.

Do you have a "how to" for the handbrake button?

Nah mate the Vt ans Vx is a little harder. You have to remove the center panels ( the ones surrounding the gear shifter) and release a pin to take off the button. Then in reverse with the new button. Releasing the pin is very fidgety and extremely frustrating. Took me quite a while to do mine....but its worth every second you spent on it. Very classy.
