HOW TO: Replace Handbrake with Satin Chrome
What you Need
Stock
STEP 1 - Removal of cover (1)
Place the small flat head screwdriver under the read of the original black cover and lift up and forwards.
STEP 2 - Removal of cover (2)
Lift off the black cover completely
STEP 3 - Remove Vinyl
Push and pull off the original handbrake cover vinyl, make sure you dislodge the vinyl from side of the console as you pull it off. Easily the hardest step in this process.
STEP 4 - Remove the button
Remove the grey surround, then remove the old button
STEP 5 - Replace with the new Satin Chrome Button
Install the satin button in to the white housing and place back into the handbrake holder.
It is a good idea to press the button down a few times to confirm that it all works.
STEP 6 - Reinstall the Vinyl cover
Pull and push that cover all the way back on...
STEP 7 - Install New Cover
Place the new cover over the button and pull back in to the handbrake cut out until it clicks down flush with the handbrake.

STEP 8 - Enjoy
