Replacement front support bar and bumper bar

Hi, sadly i hit a dog which damaged the support bar and my bumperbar -vr seriesll statesman 1995 model. Can the support bar be repaired? If not have looked to buy a 2nd hand one also bumperbar too with no luck in sydney pls help!!

The front Reo's are readily available. Every undamaged front end vehicle that's in a wrecking yard will have one. The Statesman unit is identical to the basic Commodore unit, it's just the bar covers that are different.
