Hi guys, can anyone give me a quote for how much it would cost to replace my 3.8 with a 5.0L V8?

Ive kept a Clubsport theme here as you can see in the photo so i wana upgrade the engine too!

Would ya get much for the original 3.8?

-Is it worth it? ......I dont mind spending a bit of money!

Most people buy a stacked VN V8 for 1500-2000ish and use all the parts from that for a 5 liter conversion into VN-VS's

hey bloke.myself and neilb from this forum have just done a V8 conversion replacing a echo tech on his car. the k frame, springs, tail shaft, radiator, throttle cable, cruise control cable. are some of the things that need replacing. if we were to do it again a write off ss would be the go. the mungrell we got the engine and gearbox off cut fuel lines worth $300. and power steer hoses. its worth doin and i would do it to my own in a flash. with some thinken through it can be done easly and cheaply.
