Hey guys, need a quick response.
Is it possible to do clutch slave cylinder on vx 5speed getrag v6 without taking the gearbox out??
What's involved if gearbox doesn't need taking out then? My master looks like no dramas.

Cheers!

Slave on the getrag mounts to the outside of the box, drivers side near bellhousing. Can get it out without removing box, disconnect hydraulic line, cap it off somehow, 2 bolts and the slave cylinder is free.

Last time I had a getrag box I put a RPM HD clutch in it. I liked it. Just put a stocko clutch in my t56, was told it was 'HSV' spec. But whatevs, stock for pure driveability.

And if you haven't already, do the solid flywheel conversion! Your next clutch will be epically cheaper.
