Replacing instrument panel globes?

My instrument panel doesn't completely illuminate. The temp guage on the right hand side is not lit up, but the rest of the panel is. My question is, can I replace the globe(s) without taking the whole instrument panel out to get to the globes? I've had a good look under and I just can't see where the globes go. I can see the little globes that light up all the warning lights, but I'm buggered if I can see the others. Anyone?

My Berlina has 147k on the clock and both temp and fuel lights have stopped working - probably a pretty common problem! Anyone help us out!!

    Take out the cluster

I am assuming that it is a level 1 or 2 cluster. There are three lights set into the back of the cluster. The warning lights, etc are set on the bottom of the cluster.

To change the lights, you will have to remove the cluster. Then it is an easy job. I would replace all the 3 lights if I were you, just to avoid having to pull the cluster again too soon.

If you are unsure on how to remove the cluster, try:

    Good luck.

Thanks for that Fekason, I was trying to avoid pulling the cluster out, but I will just have to bite the bullet.
