Replacing level 2 cluster with level 3.

    Has anyone done it? How hard was it? How do you set up all the digital gear? Or is it impossible?

    its quiet easy, its been discussed a few times, have you tried searching, ive done it and i know nuffin about electronics :), mark0va and infusion were great help.

    Quick question will a level 3 VR cluster fit a VS or do I need to find a VS one..

    they are the same, ive got a vs calias dash in my series one vr commodore

    How about fitting a HSV mark 3 dash ? what needs to be done about the 250 km speedo as opposed to 220 ? Is it a book into holden and they'll fiddle with the tech1 or do you need other parts aswell?

    Caution.

    Hi, I have also done the swap. Been very happy with it.

    Thing to watch is that VN and VP are interchangeable, and VR and VS are also.

    However, VR/VP are not interchangeable with VR/VS without major rewiring. Some unlucky ones have burnt out their cluster making this simple mistake.

    Go for it.
