Charg'd needs some work done and Amanda and I will be doing the work ourselves as it is cheaper and easier for us to do it. So there will probably being a few more threads requesting how-to's on stuff!!

But today, it's the pinion seal.

What we want to know is, is it possible to do it ourselves? If so, how difficult and time consuming is it?

And also, what's the process we should follow?

i think there is a special tool that you need to hold the pinion flange with while you turn the nut to do it back up.
have you ever seen a timing gear removal tool??? its like that but a bigger cos the nut is fuggen tight
