replacing the seals in the power steering rack

    need a new power steering rack thinking about getting a cheap rack from the wreakers and replacing all the seals in the rack with new ones how hard is this i do have a haynes manual to help

    Yeah nah def don't try reco one from wreckers. A Haynes Manuel wouldn't have anything like that in it anyway. Theirs a good joint in dandenong called national power steering. They supply holden with racks. I got a full reco one from them for $220 with warranty.

    i'd choose a re manufactured over a re conditioned

    $260 is a very good price
