Has anyone gone about replacing the 4 external door window trims before.
I bought a brand new set of the black ones and am wondering do I need to remove all 4 inside door panels to slip the old one off or can this be done easily without.

nah, there's a screw at the B pillar on the inside and then they just pull up and off - 5 minute job.

Oh Neddy.. you are so handy with those aerial switches and these things and we have the 'same' car (as in your 'ride') I wish you lived closer so I could come and get some help.
I wash the dirt road off mine and then some prick in town rams a trolley down the side of it cos it just manages to look a bit 'nice'.

I hear you, we wash our not enough cause we live down a dirt road with a horse arena is just across the road so it get very dirty at time.
As for the shopping trolley we to had one scrap ours and of course no message left so we now park in an area where no one parks.

So "its easy once you know how".
But still no description of the steps involved, what exactly is being replaced, where to obtain, & prices.
I imagine most would like to do this as rubber here does deteriorate & looks like crap even if you silicone spray regularly.
Anyone care to fill in the gaps?
