Well I'm going to flush my system out and put a new radiator in and I was going to use Nulon Ultra Cool Radiator Corrosion Inhibitor is that pretty much the same as the one you guys were talking about ??

I use nulon long life coolant mixed at a ratio of 50/50 with distilled/demineralised water in my VS ecotec. It usually costs around $30 - $40 for 5 litres of nulon long life coolant. This coolant doesnt need the pellets that holden specify as it already has the necessary additives... Theres also a coolant made by castrol, which is especially for the V6 holden/toyota engine, and it doesnt need the holden cooling system pellets either. Its around the same price as the nulon stuff, last time I looked.
