resetting service due time on dash of VT

Ok been ages since I have posted , cars have come and gone . the BT1 VK got sold cause it just wanted to try and kill me once the injected motor went in , so I got myself a tidy V8 VS ute as a daily . sold it cause it didn't get the heart beat going when the go pedal was pressed . so found myself a very clean VR Calais with a worked motor and tricked up auto , went well looked good then driving it to work about 10 months ago a young fruckwit in a shitty magna came around a blind corner on my side of the road . he walked away and I got cut out of the Calais . a month in hospital and 4 operations later I now have a leg full of metal . back on track and now able to drive again I have now bought a VT clubby look a like with worked 5 litre and 5 speed getrag box , question is when I go to fire it up a flashing service warning appears on the dash 210000 flash flash flash . now I did the service myself filters/oil and gave it a full once over at 210 thou km but now 2 thousand km later the warning is bugging the **** out of me . is there a easy fix ?
