reversing sensors stay on

I have VY series 2 and when I put the car into reverse the sensors make a continuous beep, even when there is nothing behind me. How do I access the sensors. I have looked under the bumper, no access and removed the boot panels, no access. Do I have to remove the bumper completely?

The easiest way is to remove the bumper, i had to do it a few weeks ago because one of my reverse sensors fell out.
