Good luck with the window conversion, have found from recent experience that theres not much room to work with inside the door frame!

    Yeh saw them companies

Got a month off in 2 weeks so might order one and do it and get some windscreen sikamove.

Might be painting my front bumper as well in as its so sad and might just paint the window spolier same colour as car

Using my boot more often to carry/move stuff around so protecting the has become more important.

Had to cut out a small portion of bonnet support due to the height of the engine + spacers so decided at the same time to degrease, install new water jets & give my K&N a good clean/re-oil..

Good fun just giving the whole thing a tidy up it needed.

Had forum member & good mate Keza87 hook up my rear electric windows & courtesy light!

Both refs were second hand & unknown quality which resulted in very slow movement & one of the rear door switches exploded so that was fun.... still need to finish putting the car back together which at the time I'll fit my new tune aswell as some new plastics which I've accumulated over the past month or 2.

But how good are courtesy lights! Calais/stato suede is now complete

Not much happening, cruise goes in hopefully this weekend & getting all the bits together to refresh my cooling system before summer hits!

Spent a good hour + cleaning 19 years of grime off my engine/engine bay & rails.. photo doesn’t show clean it is at the moment

by the looks your just missing the lines for the bottle, the over flow and the one that joins it to the radiator. I like what your thinking with those parts :) your doing a very good job there keep it up.

Soaked & cleaned the lines that connect to the overflow & overfilled outlet from the original - Came out good. The original overflow was DISGUSTING & explains why a full system flush always resulted in OK colours but not as good as they should've been...

Can I just say, the hoses at the back of the firewall to the heater are an absolute bitch to get on & off. Lucky my older brother and dad were around the other night and sorted it out for me as I'm not that great with my hands at times.

Painted up my passenger frame rail whilst the heater tap was out (not sure if i mentioned it before but it seems time, coolant leaks and maybe brake fluid had stripped the paint).

Next, change oil & figure out this stupid surging/vac leak.
