not sure what springs to go for, ive been lookin at king springs super low down to ultra low but i dont wanna be ridiculously low that i scrape every bump. at the moment ive got about a cm distance between the top of my wheel and the guard, and id like to get about a cm or two crossover of the wheel and guard (when the wheel goes over the guard), which one should i go for? cheers
do you think it would be lower than the current height i have now, as im unsure whether i have standard springs or not
http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/vt-vx-holden-commodore-1997-2002/93596-vt-best-ride-height.html mayb try that
got some photos of my car now now heres a car i saw and liked the rear height mostly and yes i know i need some rims :bang: cheers
to me mate it looks like you already have superlows on her.. i have superlows in my vt and it sits the same as yours, maybe not even as low. i kept everything stock, just put superlows in. crappy pic but its the only one that'll upload you probably dont want it to sit any lower dude, mine scrubs on everything.. lol my headers sit 5cm off the ground, and a part of my chassis is 7cm. i think the lowest you can have it legally is 10cm.
oh yeah, i never seem to have any scraping problems at all, but i do slow down for the bumps and yeah i think i read about it being 10cm somewhere, but cheers for that i could try and find some white looking tail lights and a garnish and look the opposite to your car :yeah:
if you want a ride height like in the pic you posted mate you'd be lookin at SSSLs, and to top it off put ssl at the front to give it a nice look
