been thinking about this for a while, when i get my new rims in a few weeks ill be sketchn about some bugger pinching them, so i was wondering is there any system that is in action to help keep track of them if it dose happen like Data Dot which HSV has?

or if i was to ingrave say some details on the inside of the rims would there be a system that i can register with the police or anyone?

i doubt theres much you could do to trace them once theyre stolen. i think some people engrave their licence number onto the wheels.

however, i wonder if its possible to hook an electric current up to the wheel nuts. give them a bit of a shock when they try unscrew them.

alarm with a tilt sensor is also a god idea- goes off if you jack up the car

shock sensors also would work yes???

I know my mate had them on his VB, I used to set them off with the VN, & if I didnt I would kick his tyre when I got there, so he would hear me at the front door from out the back in the shed :p
