no, there would be nothing to stop the lifters rotating in the lifter bores which would result in stuffed lifters/cam lobes.

there are roller lifters available that have link bars between 2 lifters that would work, however there probably won't be a direct replacement option so you would need to find some from another engine that have the same dimensions...... aren't 202 lifters the same as some chevy engines? you would then also need to get a custom billet roller camshaft to suit

Roller setups on Red motors etc are realy only good for track cars that see up to 8000rpm on a constant basis.

they certainly perform better then flat tappet cams. more aggressive profiles
