At about 2.2 I would be wondering why my car won't turn on, why my valves are all bent, and where the hell did my pistons go?

I used to have FIT 1.97:1 and never had a problem for the years I had them.

YT max ratio is 1.95:1
FIT max ratio is 1.97:1
MACE max ratio is 1.98:1 with stock heads or 2.15:1 with modified heads

there are some issues with clearance in the push rod holes of the late model ecotecs because Holden got real slack with there head molds when they knew the ecotec production was going to end. so with that in mind, MACE only recommend 1.9:1 high ratio rockers with new push rods for all VY models unless you remove the casting flashes from the push rod holes in the heads.

stock ratio for the buick V6 is 1.6:1, ecotec 1.65:1
