Hi guys I’m new to this forum and recently bought my first car (vf)
As any P-plater with a v6 I chucked an aftermarket ultrex exhaust on it (not straight pipe atleast) and I enjoy idle and sound minus drone but I’ve noticed a sort of rough sound in the exhaust when I start up sometimes and when I drive around for the first 10 mins - think having to cough to clear your throat sort of sound. I’ve checked and as afar as I know I don’t have a hole in my exhaust but I just want to know what causes this rough, low drone like sound and if I can fix it,
