is it normal for a ute equipped with an lsd to only have one wheel spinning? mine does it all the time - usually ending with me getting bogged out the front of work

Jack the back end out the car up so both wheels are off the ground. Spin one of the wheels, if the other wheel spins in the same direction you have a LSD. If the other wheel spins in the opposite direction then you have a single legger. Also if you have a LSD it should have a tag on the diff that says something like "use only high performance lsd oil"

It is an LSD, she's got LSD stamped on it, and both wheels spin the same way. i just find it funny that only one wheel spins when it was sitting on the hill

The standard holden LSD is not all that flash. You can have them tightened though so they will spin two more often. Doesnt cost all that much just give a diff shop a call
