S2 seats into S1

Hey guys my S1 seats have had it. Looking at a set of S2 seats and just trying to make sure they'll fit.
Will 2011 Series 2 front seats fit straight into a series 1 2009 SV6. Same wiring and everything? And will it matter if the seats came out of a ute or sedan?

Seats will swap over. There is bound to be slight wiring differences. If so, swap the seat bases and keep your wiring and motors etc.
