Safety mode

Hi everyone my ve 2009 wagon is coming up safety mode active reduce power but it’s not reducing power it drives mean as any ideas on why the light comes on ??? Or how to fix the issue something’s obvious wrong with lol
This is my first time on here so not sure if I’m doing this right lol
Any suggestions please

I’m not sure to be honest I will swap it out with one in my other Holden see how that goes it also make a sound I’m not familiar with I don’t think it’s bad however would be worth getting it scanned?? Yes aye!!!
Air con n everything seems to be fine
It’s confusing for something to come up reduces power yet it still has full power
